Richmond, Virginia: Brett Womack, Principal of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. announced the sale of approximately 2.66 acres of land located at the intersection of I-95 and Lewistown Road in Richmond, Virginia to Champion Window Company of Richmond.  The company plans to build a new showroom, warehouse and office space at the site.

Lynn Guest of DRE’s Richmond office represented the buyer in the sale negotiations.  The sellers were John Gibbs and Martha Gibbs.
