Richmond, Virginia: Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of two leases totaling approximately 5,600 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and –managed 360 West Shopping Center in Richmond, Virginia. Sara Goodall of the Richmond office of DRE represented the landlord in the negotiations for both leases.
Jewel Cleaners signed a lease for 2,840 square feet of retail space. The dry cleaners and laundromat joins Dollar General, Rite Aid, Auto Zone, Subway, Radio Shack and Jackson Hewitt in the shopping center located at 7212 Hull Street Road.
Trophies Unlimited leased 2,750 square feet of retail space in 360 West Shopping Center. The trophy/awards store is renewing its lease in the 59,411-square-foot neighborhood center.
