Virginia Beach, Virginia:  Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease with BCF, a nationally known brand communications firm, for 12,614 square feet of office space in Two Columbus Center, the newest office building in The Town Center of Virginia Beach at the corner of Main Street and Constitution Drive in Virginia Beach’s central business district.

BCF will occupy three-quarters of the top floor of the six-story building. Other tenants in Two Columbus Center include Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. with 19,000 square feet and The Art Institute which will occupy 35,000 square feet.  The office building is 73 percent leased.

BCF is a brand communications firm specializing in marketing products and experiences to the biggest, wealthiest and most powerful demographic in our nation’s history, The Baby Boom Generation.  The agency’s focus on travel, tourism and consumer products has been put to work for a client list that includes the Virginia Beach Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Virginia Tourism Corporation, The Washington Redskins, The Virginian Pilot, Discovery Channel, Maswsimo Zanetti Beverages and The Caribbean Tourism Organization.  Additional information on BCF can be found on the company’s web site: www.boomyourbrand.com .

The Town Center of Virginia Beach is located at the core of the City’s Central Business District at Pembroke. The project is being developed by Armada Hoffler Holding Company. Spanning over 17 city blocks, The Town Center provides a mix of Class A office, multilevel upscale retail, deluxe residential, the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts and an array of cafes, restaurants and deluxe business hotels.  The Town Center of Virginia Beach is leased by Divaris Real Estate Inc. and is managed by Divaris Property Management Corp.
