(DRE), announced the signing of a lease with Best Buy for 32,958 square feet of retail space in Harrisonburg Crossing. Other tenants in the shopping center include Home Depot, Ross Dress for Less, Walmart, Barnes & Noble, Michael’s, Staples and Bed Bath & Beyond.

Gerald Divaris and Debbie Wake, senior vice president in the retail leasing department of DRE’s Richmond office, represented Best Buy in the lease negotiations with the landlord, THF Harrisonburg Crossing, LLC. Wake assists Best Buy with its expansion plans throughout central and western Virginia. Divaris heads a team that has negotiated leases for new Best Buy sites in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Charlottesville, Williamsburg, Colonial Heights, and Mechanicsville, Virginia.
