AMY L. CHERRY, RPA, CCIM
General Manager, The Town Center of Virginia Beach, Virginia

Amy is the general manager of The Town Center of Virginia Beach located in the heart of Virginia’s largest city. She is responsible for the property management of the mixed-use, public/private project currently being developed on 17 city blocks in the City’s newly created financial district.

Her previous position at Divaris Property Management Corp. was as senior vice president of the Virginia Beach office. She supervised a team of property managers and assisted with the business development of regional offices in Rockville, Md.; Richmond, Va.; and Charlotte, N.C. In addition, Amy provided asset management services for a portfolio consisting of 400,000 square feet of office and retail properties throughout Virginia and another 300,000 square feet of office space in Hampton Roads. Prior to that, she managed one million square feet of office, retail and flex properties in DPMC’s Rockville, Md. office.

A CCIM and RPA designee, she is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
