ALEXANDER P. DIVARIS
Vice President of Investment Sales, Virginia Beach, VA

Alex assists local, regional and national investors, users and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office and industrial properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states.

His other areas of specialization include financial analysis and evaluation of investment grade properties.   Alex handles the analysis of investment properties through Argus 14.0, as well as the research and marketing of investment sales materials. In addition, he helps to coordinate and assist in the due diligence and closing processes. 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from  The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a Board member of the Central Business District Association (CBDA) and serves as President of the CBDA's young professionals group, the CBDX.
