ALEXANDER P. DIVARIS

Alex assists local, regional and national investors, users and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office and industrial properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states.
His other areas of specialization include financial analysis and evaluation of investment grade properties. Alex handles the analysis of investment properties through Argus 11.0, as well as the research and marketing of investment sales materials. In addition, he helps to coordinate and assist in the due diligence and closing processes.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and is a CCIM candidate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
