As Assistant Vice President of Development Services, Anne assists in the consulting, development, marketing and leasing of properties for clients throughout the country. Her recent assignments have focused on mall redevelopment, mixed-use developments and college town centers. Anne has worked with REITs, institutional lenders, public municipalities, and private developers, as well as colleges and universities.

Previously, Anne held the position of Retail Sales and Leasing Associate with Divaris Real Estate, Inc., specializing in tenant and landlord representation. In addition to representing a multitude of Hampton Roads landlords, she exclusively represented several national tenants, such as PETsMART, Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse, Rite Aid, Foot Locker, Hair Cuttery, Payless ShoeSource, Pizza Hut, EB Games and Alltel Communications.

She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Tidewater Association of Realtors (TAR), a past member of the Commercial Real Estate Council (CREC) of Hampton Roads and past committee member of the Commercial Real Estate and Economic Development (CREED) Annual Market Review and Forecast for Old Dominion University.

Anne started her career with Divaris Real Estate, Inc. in 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal History from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. She also attended St. John's College at the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, England as part of the University of Kansas School of Law Study Abroad Program.
