BRENDA ELLIOTT MARTIN
Assistant Vice President, Richmond, Virginia
Brenda joined DRE’s Richmond, Virginia office in 2001 as a Retail Sales & Leasing Associate. She is currently responsible for a leasing portfolio totaling over 1.6 million square feet. She also represents retail tenants in site selections throughout Central Virginia.
Prior to Divaris, Brenda held the position of Real Estate Representative for The Shopping Center Group of the Virginias in its Richmond, Virginia office. There she was responsible for assisting in tenant representation, marketing, managing and leasing of existing shopping centers.
Brenda is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Virginia and is an active member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) and the national network of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
In addition, Brenda is actively involved with the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation, The American Cancer Society and Make A Wish Foundation.
