BRETT WOMACK McNAMEE

Brett holds the position of Sr. Vice President of DRE’s Richmond office, specializing in the sale and leasing of real estate throughout Central and Western Virginia. Brett joined Divaris Real Estate, Inc. in 1994 when the firm opened its Richmond office. She has served as Vice President of both the Richmond and Charlotte, NC offices and Principal of the Richmond office.

Brett has consistently been a top producer for Divaris in both office and retail transactions since she joined the firm. Brett was responsible for two of the largest law firm leases in Richmond, including the headquarters locations for Hirschler Fleischer and LeClairRyan, a Professional Corporation, as well as lease transactions with clients like HKS Architects, Packet360, Fuel Creative; This End Up Furniture; and Earle Palmer Brown, which ultimately merged into The Martin Agency. In the past five years, she has leased over 150,000 square feet of office space to major firms including Ernst & Young, Big River Marketing, Resort Hotel Association and Schittene & Nguyen.

Additionally, Brett is the exclusive leasing agent for Forest City Enterprises in Richmond’s Tobacco Row District and for the Class B office building 411 East Franklin Street.

On the retail side, Brett has represented major retailers such as Kohl’s, Boscov’s, Chico’s, Michaels, Office Depot, Simply Fashions, Men’s Wearhouse, rue21, ULTA Cosmetics, Five Below, DSW, FedEx Office and many more retailers expanding and relocating in Central and Western Virginia and Eastern Tennessee.

Brett is a 2010 and 2011 Co-Star Power Broker and in 2009 she was selected by Virginia Business Magazine as one of the Top Five commercial real estate women in the Commonwealth. Additionally, she was selected in 2010 as one of Richmond’s Top 20 commercial real estate women by CREW Richmond. She has served as past president and board member of CREW Richmond, and is an active member of GRACRE. Brett was recently added to the prestigious Virginia Commonwealth University Real Estate School of Excellence in recognition of her contributions to the real estate industry and its many business and community activities.
