Brett holds the position of Senior Vice President of DRE’s Richmond office, responsible for new business development and corporate tenant representation throughout Central and Western Virginia.

Brett joined Divaris Real Estate, Inc. in 1994 when the firm opened its Richmond office.  She has served as Vice President of both the Richmond and Charlotte, NC offices, and has an outstanding track record in commercial real estate services for national, regional and local tenants and developers.  She has represented major clients such as LeClair Ryan, This End Up Furniture, Revlon, Earle Palmer Brown, and Playtex Corporation.  Brett also represents Forest City Enterprises in Tobacco Row in Downtown Richmond as their exclusive listing agent for the Edgeworth Building, a Class A historic renovation project in Forest City’s urban mixed use district along Richmond’s riverfront. 

Brett is a graduate of Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia, holding dual degrees in Business Administration and Real Estate Management.  She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management and a CCIM with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.  She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
