CAROL AUBUCHON
General Manager, Interstate Corporate Center, Norfolk, Virginia

Carol Aubuchon has been the General Manager of the Interstate Corporate Center, Norfolk office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. since 2004. Her responsibilities include managing the 440,202-square-foot office park and overseeing the day-to-day duties of the property manager, property administrator, building engineer and two maintenance staff.  Her duties include reviewing all financials, accounts payables and accounts receivables, contractor authorization and project costs as well as working on special projects for the landlord including capital projects and tenant improvements, relocations and expansions.
           
She brings to DRE 11 years of experience in commercial property management. Her previous position was as senior property manager with Divaris Property Management Corp. where she managed a portfolio of retail and office buildings.

Her prior work experience includes ten years of residential and office management for a real estate firm in Newport News from 1988 to 1998.
