Chris is responsible for the leasing and sales of office properties on the Virginia Peninsula.  During the last 17 years as an office leasing specialist, Bendit handled the exclusive leasing of 850,000 square feet of office space located throughout the Virginia Peninsula. 

Bendit received his Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Old Dominion University. 

He is a member of Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate and serves on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Hampton Development Partnership.
