Carlotta has been an assistant property manager for The Town Center of Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. since 2009. Her responsibilities include assisting the general manager with maintaining all facets of the operations of the 17 city block, mixed-use Town Center, including building maintenance, financials, budgeting, administration and tenant and landlord relations.

She brings to DRE seven years of experience in property management. Her previous position was as an assistant property manager with Advantis Real Estate Services Company where she assisted the regional director and property managers with management of a mixed portfolio of retail and office properties comprising approximately one million square feet.

She is a member of Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMA) and is certified to provide First Aid / CPR and AED assistance.
