Cindy is the property manager of the 16-story, 269,844-square-foot Williams Mullen Office building in Richmond’s central business district. The building includes 5,100 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

She brings to the assignment 20 years of management experience with mixed-use commercial properties and multi-family apartment communities. Cindy uses her in-depth knowledge of industry practices to increase the profitability of rental properties.

Her experience includes over ten years with Forest City Residential as a regional manager for the multiple mid-rise apartment buildings that encompassed over six blocks of restored buildings at The River Lofts at Tobacco Row. She was involved with the project from the beginning of the reuse planning and was instrumental in meeting with contractors and city officials to meet the required historical guidelines and ultimately lease 731 apartment units. For four years, Cindy also managed the daily operations of a 186,000-square-foot, Class A commercial building with surrounding retail space that included two restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, lawyers’ offices and a marketing agency.

She also held the position of senior property manager for Insignia Management Company in Chesapeake, Virginia, where she completed due diligence for potential properties and completed lease-up of properties throughout Hampton Roads.

Cindy is a certified apartment manager, with Fair Housing Certification and advanced asbestos and lead training credentials. She studied business education at Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina.
