Chris Sheppard specializes in the sale and lease of retail real estate throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.

Prior to joining Divaris, Chris held the position of retail leasing manager with Hill Partners, Inc. where he handled the retail leasing of several lifestyle center projects including the 1.3 million-square-foot Village at Sandhill in Columbia, SC..  

Chris was also a principal broker with Sperry Van Ness/LCR in Charlotte, where he focused on retail leasing and tenant representation throughout North and South Carolina, handling transactions valued at more than $20 million.   Previous to his appointment as a principal with Sperry Van Ness/LCR, he also held the position of retail broker with the Charlotte office of a national commercial brokerage firm.

Chris received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Cortland. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North and South Carolina.
