Since 2007, Darlene Crick has been Senior Property Manager in the Corporate Headquarters office of Divaris Property Management Corp. In this position, she manages office and retail space throughout the Greater Hampton Roads area. Her portfolio comprises several properties totaling 875,589 square feet.

Prior to joining the Divaris team, Darlene was with CB Richard Ellis of Virginia, Inc., for nearly 12 years, serving most recently as real estate manager where she was responsible for a mixed portfolio of approximately 800,000 square feet.

Darlene is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Real Estate Property Administrator (RPA) through the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.
