DIANA R. TEITSMA

Diana R. Teitsma is the Director of DRE’s Charlotte, N.C. office. Her responsibilities include generating new management and leasing assignments in addition to representing retail tenants in their expansion programs throughout the Carolinas. Her current assignments include Haverty’s, Panchero’s, Mighty Dollar and Simply Fashions, and the disposition portfolio of CKE Restaurants/Hardee’s, BiLo/Bruno's supermarkets and Yum Brands through Surplus Solutions. Teitsma also oversees the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte office.
Previously with Currier Properties for more than 11 years, Teitsma has represented major clients such as Haverty’s, rue21, Blockbuster Video and Circuit City. She has also handled the disposition portfolio of several national retailers, including Food Lion, Target, Circuit City, Hannaford and Hardee’s.
A licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina, Teitsma is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR).
