Diana R.Teitsma’s responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte office, generating new management and leasing assignments in addition to representing retail tenants in their expansion programs throughout the Carolinas.

Her tenant representation clients include: Haverty’s, Mighty Dollar and Simply Fashions, and the disposition portfolio of CKE Restaurants/ Hardee’s, BiLo/Bruno’s supermarkets and Yum Brands through Surplus Solutions. Diana also handles surplus dispositions for Hannaford and Rex stores, and for several national retailers through Excess Space. And, as of 2011, she is also handling a multi-state portfolio of dozens of surplus properties for Food Lion.

Her major leasing assignments include ONE, a mixed-use development in the center of Downtown Greenville, SC that will include over 50,000 square feet of ground floor space for retail and restaurants. Anthropologie apparel store will anchor the first phase of development in ONE. Two office towers, one of nine stories and one of 11 stories will combine with entertainment and shopping features to complete the project.

Previously with Currier Properties for more than 11 years, Diana has represented major clients such as Haverty’s, rue21, Blockbuster Video and Circuit City. She has also handled the disposition portfolio of several national retailers, including Food Lion, Target, and Circuit City.

A licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina, Diana is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), serving several years as Carolinas Board Member and a CoStar Advisory Board Member.
