As a Retail Sales and Leasing Associate in Divaris Real Estate’s Corporate office, Erica specializes in a wide range of commercial real estate services.

She is responsible for pre-development and leasing of mixed-use town centers and lifestyle centers throughout the Mid-Atlantic, such as The Town Center of Virginia Beach and The Village at Valley Forge in King of Prussia, PA. Additionally, she has represented local, regional and national retail tenants throughout southeastern Virginia, including consulting on store expansion strategies and store repositioning for A.C.Moore, Payless ShoeSource, Caribou Coffee, Haagen-Dazs, ZOOTS, Hair Cuttery, Kona Grill, The Original Mattress Factory, bd's Mongolian Grill, Harbor Freight Tools, among others.

Erica joined DRE's retail team from Ernst & Young LLP in Atlanta where she held the position of Client Serving Associate with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services. Prior to that, Erica was a Research Assistant in Mergers and Acquisitions with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University, and a Master in Commercial Property from The Lipsey School of Real Estate..
