ERICA A. MEEKINS
Retail Sales and Leasing Associate, Virginia Beach, Virginia
Erica has joined Divaris Real Estate’s Corporate office in Virginia Beach, Virginia, as a Retail Sales and Leasing Associate.
She is responsible for representing and servicing local, regional and national retail tenants throughout the Greater Hampton Roads area. Erica specializes in retail and restaurant leasing in The Town Center of Virginia Beach, as well as, assisting Chairman/CEO Gerald Divaris in the development of mixed-use, life-style centers throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Erica has joined the team from Ernst & Young LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, where she held the position of Client Serving Associate with Ernst &Young’s Transaction Advisory Services. Prior to that position, Erica was a Research Assistant in Mergers and Acquisitions with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and is a member
of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
