Elizabeth Newbill specializes in both Landlord and Tenant Representation in the Southside Hampton Roads office market. This area includes the cities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake. Her portfolio includes the Interstate Corporate Center consisting of 17 buildings on 35 acres of land strategically located at the intersection of Interstates 64 and 264.

Elizabeth is a Virginia Beach native and graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a major in International Business.

Prior to joining Divaris Real Estate in 2005, she was employed with Davenport Group Real Estate, Inc., where she handled sales, tenant and landlord representation. All of her listings were located within the city of Virginia Beach.

Since joining Divaris Real Estate, Elizabeth has been awarded the Silver Circle of Excellence, Rookie of the Year, and two consecutive years as CoStar Power Broker. She has been a committee chair and charter member for Commercial Real Estate Women Hampton Roads (CREWHR) and is a member of Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE).
