As
a sales and leasing associate, Guy McBride is responsible for tenant and
landlord representation as well as sales and leasing of commercial
properties in North and South Carolina.
Guy previously worked as a broker with Sperry Van
Ness in Charlotte where he
represented tenants and landlords in the sales and leasing of commercial
property in North and South Carolina. He has also
been a property manager for the Duvall Investment Group, Inc. where he
managed over one million square feet of commercial and residential
property in the greater Charlotte area.
He received his bachelor's degree in History from and his
master's in Recreation from . Guy is a
member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the
Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR).
