GUY MCBRIDE

As a sales and leasing associate in the Charlotte office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Guy McBride is responsible for tenant and landlord representation as well as sales and leasing of commercial properties in North and South Carolina.

Guy previously worked as a broker with Sperry Van Ness in Charlotte where he represented tenants and landlords in the sales and leasing of commercial property in North and South Carolina.

Prior to working for Sperry Van Ness, Guy was a property manager for the Duvall Investment Group, Inc. where he managed over one million square feet of mixed use property in the greater Charlotte area.

He received his bachelor’s degree in History from Hampden-Sydney College and his master’s in Recreation from Indiana University. Guy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Charlotte Succession.
