Ieisha Nedd joined Divaris Property Management Corp in 2006 as an assistant property manager. Her responsibilities include day-to-day supervision of contractors, tenant relations, monthly reporting to owners, site inspections and recommendations for property improvements. In addition, Ieisha assists with the management of the Richmond portfolio.

She brings with her several years of experience in management, marketing and business communications. Her previous position was a reservation manager with U-Haul’s Regional Office. While there, Ieisha analyzed and acted upon reports, graphs, charts and other statistical data to maximize transactions and equipment utilization, resolved customer complaints and employee disputes.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Virginia Union University located in Richmond, Virginia.

Ieisha is a member of the Order of Eastern Stars and Phi Beta Lamba business organization. Her charitable endeavors include being an active member with March of Dimes, Ramps Across America and Project Homeless.
