JAY BURNELL
Jay specializes in leasing, site selection and the sale of retail properties in Virginia and North Carolina. Prior to joining Divaris in 2003, Jay was in charge of property sales and site acquisitions for Armada Hoffler Development where he focused on the development of grocery-anchored shopping centers.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) candidate and serves on the Board of Directors for Seton Youth Shelters in Virginia Beach, VA.
