JENNIFER M. BROWN
Senior Property Manager, Rockville, Maryland

Jennifer Brown has been with Divaris Property Management Corp. as Senior Property Manager in its Rockville, Maryland office since 2004. She is responsible for all property management activities of retail properties, office and industrial buildings in the greater metropolitan Washington, D.C. trade area which includes areas of Mayland, Virginia and Delaware. She negotiates contracts with vendors on behalf of property owners, prepares and presents annual budgets, and supervises maintenance personnel allocated to office properties.

Jennifer has over nine years of experience in commercial property management. Prior to joining Divaris, Jennifer was an assistant property manager with JBG Rosenfeld and has also held the positions of litigation assistant with Professional Management and Billing Systems, PMBS, and as accounting assistant with Oxford Realty.

She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE).
