Jay Burnell

Associate in the Virginia Beach Corporate Headquarters of Divaris Real
Estate, Inc.
His previous experience
includes property sales and site acquisitions for Armada Hoffler Development where he focused on analysis for
grocery-anchored shopping centers througout Virginia,
outparcel sales and small shop
leasing. Prior to that position, Jay was a sales
representative for Federal Savings Bank of Indianapolis,
Indiana. His duties there
included set-up and servicing over 90 accounts with franchised auto
dealers in Virginia,
specializing in loan originations.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts
degree from the University of North
Carolina in Wilmington.
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centerws, Hampton Roads Association of Realtors and
is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) candidate.
