In his position as senior vice president of
Divaris Real Estate Inc.’s Rockville, Maryland office, Joe is
responsible for new business development and corporate tenant
representation throughout the greater metropolitan Washington, D.C., northern Virginia and Maryland markets.
Bringing more than two decades of experience to
Divaris, Joe has served as senior leasing representative with Federal
Realty Investment Trust in Rockville, where he
handled the leasing of the company’s Northeastern-based shopping center
portfolio consisting of approximately 3.4 million square feet.
He has also worked with Combined Properties in Washington, D.C. as senior
leasing representative and Crown American Corp. in Johnstown, Penn. as retail
leasing representative.
A member of the International Council
of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Joe is a licensed salesperson in the State of
Maryland.
