JUDY JENSEN
Leasing & Sales Associate, Newport News, Virginia
         
Judy is a sales and leasing associate in the Newport News office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. Her responsibilities include the exclusive marketing of retail properties throughout the Virginia Peninsula, as well as retail tenant representation and property sales.  She drafted and negotiated sales and purchase contracts and trained and motivated a team of real estate sales associates. 

She brings four years of experience in the real estate industry, most recently as associate property manager, marketing and leasing and sales associate with Hamner Development Company.   In that position she handled property management duties including bookkeeping, marketing, leasing and sales for the Hampton Roads commercial real estate company.

Judy holds a Virginia Sales Person Real Estate License and a Virginia Class A Contractors License.  She is Vice President of Newport News Court Appointed Special Advocates.  She has attended High Point University and is currently enrolled in Thomas Nelson Community College.
