JOHN MADURES
Senior Sales and Leasing Associate, Richmond, Virginia

During his 24 years of experience in commercial real estate, Madures has leased and managed several hundred thousand square feet of property including office buildings, shopping centers, industrial warehouse and vacant land. 

Most recently, Madures was director of GVA Advantis where he was a member of the Million Dollar Team in 2005.  He also received the Top Five Richmond Brokers Production Award in 2006.

Prior to that position, he completed 18 years in engineering and technical services with Phillip Morris International and Sasib Corporation of Italy.   In 1987, Madures formed GSP Corp., a Richmond industrial supply company that was honored by the Chamber of Commerce in 1991 and 1992 as one of the fastest growing companies in Richmond.   The company was sold in 1995.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has attended the University of Richmond’s graduate studies’ program.  He serves on the Board of Realtors, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Richmond City Midlothian Business Associates, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
