Jason assists local, regional and national investors, users and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office and industrial properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states.>

His other areas of specialization include financial analysis and evaluation of investment grade properties.  Jason handles the analysis of investment properties through Argus 14.0, as well as the research and marketing of investment sales materials.   In addition, he helps to coordinate and assist in the due diligence and closing processes.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville Virginia. Jason is also a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Central Business District Association (CBDA) and the CBDA's young professionals group, the CBDX.
