Retail Leasing, Richmond, Virginia

Kent Cardwell serves as Retail Leasing Associate for DRE’s Richmond office. Kent represents retail tenants in site selections and negotiations throughout Central and Western Virginia.  His current assignments include: Dollar General, Nextel, Logan’s Roadhouse, Simply Fashion’s, Rite Aid and Johnny Rockets.

Kent’s previous experience was as Real Estate Representative for Dollar General Corporation based in Nashville, Tennessee.  In this position, he was responsible for site selections and lease negotiations for new and existing stores in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, West Virginia and Delaware.  Prior to working for Dollar General, Kent served as Assistant Vice President, Corporate Expansion with Heilig Meyers Corporation in Richmond, Virginia.
