Krista joined Divaris Real Estate in 2001.  She specializes in corporate real estate services and office leasing.  Krista teams with Michael Divaris to exclusively represent several national companies with their corporate expansion/retention projects.  Together they coordinate these projects by creating a strategic plan that is responsive and consistent with each clients’ corporate objectives.  The team serves as transaction managers for each client by selecting local brokers to partner with, performing site analysis and selection, negotiating the business terms and reviewing the lease documents.  In addition, the team keeps track of all the critical dates in every lease through comprehensive lease administration.  They provide each client with a single reliable and accessible point of contact for every transaction. 

As a native of Virginia Beach, Krista has comprehensive knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.  She represents property owners of office space throughout the Southside of Hampton Roads and she provides tenant representation services to local businesses searching for new office space.  Krista consistently delivers the highest level of service to her clients, whether their needs are within Hampton Roads or in other markets. 

Prior to her appointment as an agent, Krista performed market research for New Business Development at Divaris.  She has eight years of experience in the customer service industry including an internship position at Merrill Lynch in Norfolk, Virginia as an Investment Consultant Assistant.
 
Krista holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she double-majored in Finance and International Business, and a Master in Commercial Property from The Lipsey School of Real Estate.  Her international studies have led her to Costa Rica and Spain for study abroad.
