Levi is a retail leasing agent for Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s corporate office in Virginia Beach where he primarily focuses on the representation of retail landlords and tenants throughout southeastern Virginia, as well portions of northeast North Carolina. Much of his recent work has focused on leasing new retail developments ranging in size from 12,000 square feet to 1.5 million square feet, and in locating sites for several restaurant clients to purchase or ground lease land for ground-up development.
Recent retail developments that Levi has worked on include: Landstown Commons in Virginia Beach, The Marquis in Williamsburg, and Brenneman Farm in Virginia Beach. These three developments combined have almost 2 million square feet of gross lease-able retail space.
Tenants that Levi represents include: Yum! Brands, Sonic Restaurants Inc, Chartway Federal Credit Union, Firehouse Subs, Famous Uncle Al’s Hot Dogs and Grill, Panchero’s Mexican Grill, and Dunkin’ Donuts.
Levi has won numerous performance awards. Most recently these include the 2006 Power Broker Award from the Costar Group for being ranked among Hampton Roads top brokers in retail leasing transaction volume, and the 2006 Divaris Real Estate, Inc. Silver Circle of Excellence for gross billings.
Prior to joining Divaris Real Estate, Inc. in 2002 Levi held the position of investment consultant with SunTrust Securities, Inc. where he worked directly with a senior investment consultant. Prior to working for SunTrust, Levi held a position with Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant.
Levi is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and has served on the Norfolk Sertoma Club and the Downtown Norfolk Council’s Downtown 100 Business Retention Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
