Melody Almonte joined the Divaris Property Management team in January 2009. She is the assistant property manager of the Arnold B. McKinnon Building, a 293,000-square-foot, 22-story commercial class A office tower in downtown Norfolk, Virginia.

Melody brings over ten years of office management and administrative support, with a broad-based experience covering a full spectrum of administrative duties, including executive support, billing/invoicing, client care, account management, and database administration.

She received Divaris’ 2009-Third Quarter Team Player award, she is a member of the Downtown Norfolk Council and Property Manager’s Coalition. Her community involvement includes being the Team Manager for her son’s soccer team.

Melody holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Old Dominion University, an Associate’s degree in Social Science from Tidewater Community College and is a licensed Private Investigator, DCJS ID# 99211292.
