Molly Burton is a leasing and sales associate in the Charlotte office of Divaris Real Estate, specializing in landlord and tenant representation for retail clients throughout the Carolinas and Georgia. She is responsible for leasing grocery-anchored shopping centers, primarily located in the Carolinas. Her focus also includes leasing and selling additional retail properties in Divaris’ Southeast portfolio.

Throughout her career, she has leased over 2,045,000 square feet and sold 657 acres generating over $18 million in net operating income for landlords and various ownership groups. Her leasing and sales experience includes property types ranging from a 1,000-acre, mixed-use development to retail, office, industrial and single-tenant buildings.

Her previous positions included director of marketing at Holder Properties, general office broker with Grubb & Ellis Company and retail broker with The Shumacher Company in Atlanta, GA.

Burton graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree. She relocated to Atlanta, GA and was hired by Tishman Southeast Management and Leasing Corp. where she was responsible for overseeing the leasing and marketing of their Southeast portfolio.
