Michael Center, as Sales and
Leasing Associate in the Newport News office of
Divaris Real Estate, Inc., is responsible for the exclusive marketing of
retail and industrial properties throughout the Virginia Peninsula
market.
His current projects include regional representation of Brightside Academy and L.A.
Fitness, leasing Newport Marketplace and The Marquis, a 1
million-square-foot, open-air, entertainment and retail center located
next to Water Country USA in Williamsburg.
Michael’s 20 years of experience in facilities
operations includes office leasing and management. He previously
held the position as Senior Operations Coordinator with Northrop Grumman
Newport News. His prior work experience included office space
leasing and renovations.
He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from Averett College and is a
licensed real estate agent in the state of Virginia. His
community involvement includes serving the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and
the Suffolk Republican Party.
