Missy has over 22 years of commercial real estate experience and is Vice President of Divaris’ Newport News office. She focuses retail as well as landlord and tenant representation in the Virginia Peninsula area together with Linda Robey.

Missy is the exclusive agent on the Peninsula for Colonial Foods, LLC, southeastern Virginia franchisee for Pizza Hut.  Recently, she also participated in the negotiation and purchase of Heritage Square, York County.  Currently she is leasing Marquis, Williamsburg, Virginia, a 1,000,000 square foot shopping/entertainment center.

Prior to Divaris, Missy was the assistant vice president of marketing at Read Commercial Properties in Hampton, Virginia. There, she concentrated on special projects in the departments of sales, leasing and development.  Missy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Christopher Newport University.  Ms. Martinovich is also extremely active in community affairs and charities including the Red Cross and its “Thunder Down Under”; and Operation Santa.
