MELISSA SAMPERY

Melissa is responsible for leasing shopping centers and representing retail and office tenants throughout Richmond and Central Virginia. 

Prior to joining Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Melissa was employed by Keller Williams Realty Richmond North; East West Partners, Patriots Landing Realty, LLC; and Hometown Realty as a real estate sales agent.  She handled initiating property listings, showing properties, negotiating and writing contracts, coordinating inspections and closings, designed marketing materials and managed databases of prospects, clients and vendors.  Additionally, Melissa created Broker Price Opinions for various banking organizations. 

She is a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia, a Certified New Homes Sales Professional, a member of Rho Epsilon Real Estate Professional Fraternity, Ruritan National, Richmond Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).  Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Business from VCU’s Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Real Estate Valuation.
