MOLLIE B. WILLEY

Mollie B. Willey has joined the Richmond, Virginia office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. as a sales and leasing agent. Previously, she worked as a development coordinator with Walker Row Partnership, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia. This privately-owned urban renewal and development company owns, redevelops and manages over 80 historic properties in the Historic Jackson Ward Neighborhood, a 40-block historic district adjacent to downtown Richmond.
She was integral in the creation of Urban Renewal Development strategies, including the development of Entertainment District, coordinating development proposals and loan applications and all aspects of residential and commercial development, from acquisition through renovation to sale or lease.
Mollie holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Randolph-Macon Women’s College in Lynchburg, Virginia.
