NORMA POTTER
Property Manager, Interstate Corporate Center, Norfolk, Virginia

Norma Potter has been Property Manager of the Interstate Corporate Center, Norfolk office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. since 2007.  Her responsibilities include management of a Class B office park, comprised of 17 one- and two-story buildings, totaling 441,896 square feet, located at the intersection of Interstates 64 and 264 in the city of Norfolk, Virginia. 

She brings to Divaris Property Management Corp. three years of experience in property management.  Her previous position was as residential property manager/onsite leasing agent with A.J. Clarke Real Estate in New York City.   There she was responsible for the management and leasing of Manhattan Place Condominium, a 485-unit, luxury residential building.

Her prior work experience includes working for Greenthal Management Corp., and being assistant controller for Banca Poplare di Milano, a small foreign bank, in New York City. 

Norma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. John’s University in New York.
