Phillip has been appointed Retail Leasing Associate for Divaris Real Estate’s Atlanta office.  His responsibilities include the leasing of Divaris listed retail properties, and providing tenant representation services to retail clients.

Phillip brings over twelve years of retail leasing experience to Divaris.  Prior to joining the team, he was a retail leasing agent for CB/Koll in Atlanta.  There, he was responsible for the marketing of management and leasing services to institution owners.  Since 1989, Phillip has represented landlord’s interests for approximately 4.5 million square feet of retail properties from Louisiana to Virginia, with particular concentration in Georgia, Alabama and Northern Florida.

Phillip holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from West Georgia College, and will graduate from Georgia State University in Atlanta in December, 2000 with a Master of Science in Real Estate.  He is a Georgia licensed real estate broker.
