Robin Gasser is an office sales and leasing agent for DRE's corporate
office in Virginia Beach. She is responsible for the
representation of office and industrial tenant and landlord clients throughout
the Southside Hampton Roads, Virginia market
area.
Robin’s landlord representation portfolio includes
two Class A office buildings: the 80,000-square-foot Windwood Centre and
the 20,000-square-foot Oceana Medical Center in Virginia
Beach. Robin is also the landlord
representative for office component of Landstown Commons, a mixed-use
development of 60.5 ± acres of retail, office, and lifestyle shops
located at the intersection of Princess Anne and Dam Neck Roads in Virginia
Beach. Additional buildings in Robin’s
portfolio include the 51,000-square-foot, six-building, Independence
Business Centre in Virginia Beach, the three-building Southport Business
Center in Virginia Beach, the three-building PMP Medical Center in
Virginia Beach and the 17,000-square-foot HRSA/ILA building in Norfolk,
Va. Two of Robin’s most notable tenant representation clients include the
Gruma Corporation and WorkflowOne/Relizon.
Prior to transitioning into this position, Robin
assisted the President and Chief Operating Officer with national tenant
representation clients’ and investment sales properties.
Before joining DRE in 2001, Robin was responsible
for a sales territory that included all of Hampton Roads from Franklin to Virginia
Beach and the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
Prior to that, Robin worked with such clients as Canon of Virginia,
General Electric, Exxon/Mobil, Integrity Mutual Life Insurance, Western
Industries, Lucent Technologies, Bell Atlantic, Merck Pharmaceuticals and
Merrill Lynch on their sales force training, incentive and motivation
programs. Previously, Robin has worked in hotel sales and management in
South Hampton Roads.
Robin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and is a licensed
Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Virginia. She is
serving on the board of the Hampton Roads chapter of Commercial Real
Estate Women (CREW) and is a member of the Hampton Roads Association of
Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE).
Robin has been
DRE’s United Way Campaign Coordinator for six years and has been very
involved in the organization and implementation of campaigns for the
American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association.
