SARA GOODALL, MICP
Sales and Leasing Associate, Richmond, Virginia

Sara joined the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. in the spring of 2006.  She is responsible for leasing shopping centers and representing tenants throughout Richmond and Central Virginia.  Sara also represents retail tenants such as Dunkin’ Brands Inc. throughout Central Virginia. 

Prior to joining Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Sara was employed by Guardian Life Insurance Company in the Group Sales department.  Prior to that position, Sara was with Enterprise Rent-A-Car starting in the Management Trainee program and was promoted to Assistant Manager. 

Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University, and a Master in Commercial Property from The Lipsey School of Real Estate.  She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE).
