SARA GOODALL Sales & Leasing Associate, Richmond, Virginia Sara joined the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. in Spring 2006.  She is responsible for leasing Shopping Centers and representing tenants throughout Richmond and Central Virginia.  Sara also represents retail tenants such as Dunkin’ Brands and Scottrade, Inc. throughout Central Virginia.  Prior to joining Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Sara was employed by Guardian Life Insurance Company in the Group Sales department.  Prior to that position, Sara was with Enterprise Rent-A-Car starting in the Management Trainee program and was promoted to Assistant Manager.  Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from State .  She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  Projects Sara is working on include: American Child Care Properties, LLC Dunkin’ Brands Goodes Bridge Square Midlothian Festival Midlothian Town Center Patrick Henry Village Republic Plaza DRE's Richmond Office Handles Leasing of New Developments Richmond Office is Central to Virginia RetailRetail Remains Active in Richmond To contact Sara, email: sgoodall@divaris.com
