TERESA CAUBLE

Teresa Cauble is a property manager for the Charlotte office of Divaris Property Management Corp (DPMC). Her responsibilities include managing over 400,000 square feet of retail space throughout the Carolinas.

Prior to joining the Divaris team, Cauble was the facilities coordinator with Barloworld Industrial Distribution. In that position, she was responsible for the facilities management of 60 locations in 10 states totaling 1,264,854 square feet.

Cauble is currently attending Central Piedmont Community College and is a candidate for the Building Owners & Managers Institute’s (BOMI) Real Estate Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) certifications.
