As senior vice president of Divaris Real Estate’s Office Leasing Division, Vivian brings extensive commercial real estate experience and a thorough knowledge of the market to every transaction, providing her clients with responsive and effective representation focused on their needs. She specializes in representing landlords and tenants in office leasing transactions and provides similar services to buyers and sellers of office and retail properties as well.

Vivian’s experience in commercial real estate career spans more than 33 years. Throughout Vivian’s career, the commercial real estate industry has recognized her service, commitment and integrity with numerous honors, which include her selection by Highwood Properties, Inc. as one of Hampton Roads’ Outstanding Brokers in 1998 and by Liberty Property Trust as one of Hampton Roads’ Brokers of the Year in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. She has received the Tidewater Association of Realtors’ Gold Achievement Award in Commercial Sales and Leasing for several years in a row and received the Silver Achievement Award in 2000, 2001 and 2002. Vivian received the Silver Circle of Excellence for 2001, the inaugural year of this DRE award for broker achievement, and surpassed that performance to attain the Gold Circle of Excellence in 2002, Silver in 2003, and Gold in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. She was also named a CoStar Group Power Broker in 2007 and 2008. In 2009, Vivian was named the first woman in Hampton Roads to ever receive Platinum level award from the Commercial Alliance (formerly Commercial Real Estate Council).

Vivian is a member of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce and the Virginia Beach Central Business District Association. She served on the board of the Hampton Roads Commercial Real Estate Council for 2003, co-chair of the Sponsorship Committee of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and serves on the CREW Advisory Council. She received a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Cape Town and holds a Virginia Real Estate Salesperson’s License.
