ZACHARY W. MEANS

Zach has emerged as a pre-eminent industry leader in the retail and multi-family sectors. His disciplines include site selection, developer representation, pre-leasing, investment sales and consulting throughout Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina. He continually originates fresh ideas for his clients that include: retailers, top national developers, insurance companies, private investors, opportunity funds and real estate investment trusts.  Zach has a fundamental understanding of the real estate markets of the Mid-Atlantic, and has been published several times by Southeast Real Estate Business magazine on the state of Central Virginia’s Retail Market. 

His career in real estate began with Bluegreen Land and Golf as the marketing director for a 650-acre, mixed-use project in Central Virginia.  He joined Advantis GVA in 2002 and was one of the top five agents in its Richmond office.  Later, he joined The Wilton Companies in 2005 and played a major role in the company’s new business development.
