Newport News, Virginia: Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease with C2 Technologies Inc. for 17,672 square feet of office space at 701 Town Center Drive in Newport News’ City Center at Oyster Point.

Linda Robey and Missy Martinovich, of DRE’s Newport News office, represented the tenant, C2 Technologies Inc., in the lease negotiations with the landlord, One City Center LLC.
