C2 TECHNOLOGIES LEASES OFFICE SPACE
IN NEWPORT NEWS' CITY CENTER AT OYSTER POINT

NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA:  Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease with C2 Technologies Inc. for 17,672 square feet of office space at 701 Town Center Drive in Newport News’ City Center at Oyster Point.

Founded by Dolly Oberoi and Curtis Cox, C2 Technologies offers performance improvement solutions using a variety of media.  The company has provided years of exceptional support to clients in the public and private sectors, developing revolutionary high-technology solutions to workforce issues that have plagued businesses and government offices for years.     

Linda Robey and Missy Martinovich, of DRE’s Newport News office, represented the tenant, C2 Technologies Inc., in the lease negotiations with the landlord, One City Center LLC.
