Hagerstown, Maryland: Alan Luger and Earl Goodman, Principals of the Rockville office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. announced the signing of a lease with RTS Enterprises, Inc., trading as CiCi’s Pizza, for 5,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris leased Valley Park Common shopping center located 1520 Wesel Boulevard in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Founder and President, Joe Croce, opened the first CiCi’s Pizza in Plano, Texas in 1985.
The family-oriented restaurant serves hot, fresh pizza at affordable buffet prices. CiCi’s Pizza joins Hollywood Video, Martin’s Grocery, Lowe’s Home Improvement and Sprint Cellular in Valley Park Commons.
Susan McGee, of DRE’s Rockville office, represented the landlord, Inland Mid-Atlantic Management Corp, in the negotiations. The tenant was represented by Uniwest.
