(DRE), announced the signing of a lease with Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants for 11,500 square feet of retail space at Short Pump Town Center in Richmond, VA. The lease was concluded by the landlord, Forest City Enterprises, with the assistance of Zach Means and Larry Agnew, Vice Presidents in the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate.
Founded in 2005, Cooper’s Hawk offers four distinct components in one concept: an upscale casual dining restaurant, full-service bar, private barrel-aging room and Napa-style tasting room. This will be restaurant’s first location in Southern Virginia.
